Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across the U.S. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon.

  • Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Average of $6.00 across the US.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once your order is processed. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume times, it may take a little longer—but we move fast!

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Email us at support@ditokid.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery—as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. All sale items are final sale.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
