US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer domestic shipping across the U.S. through trusted national carriers. Shipping costs are calculated directly by the carrier at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey. If you run into any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us at support@ditokid.com, or contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Dito sleepwear, but if it’s not quite right, we accept free returns within 7 days of delivery. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, simply return your item and place a new order.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your original order qualified for free shipping ($120 and above) but, after a return, the remaining total falls below this threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. This does not apply if you are returning an item to reorder a different size.

To start a return, fill out the form below, and our team will process it right away. You’ll receive an automatic email with a prepaid return label from our shipping provider. Once we receive your item, your refund will be issued immediately. Depending on your payment method, it may take 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
